All this week you can visit the open days (hours on their website, which is https://www.incognitoartshow.com), and on Saturday you can start buying art!
My wife and I went to the first open day yesterday. Only around 2,000 of the 17,000+ artworks they have received are on display (you can see every work on their website), but even that is an amazing experience – so much talent and imagination to take in. We did two laps of the exhibition, first viewing all the work up close, and then from a distance, and that took us two hours, so I’m grateful we weren’t trying to see 17,000!
Here’s a brief video of the exhibition. If you can get to the open, it’s well worth it. Remember that all proceeds go to support two local charities that help disabled people create art (several of whom have been selected in this year’s Archibald Prize!), so if you’d like to buy some art you won’t find anywhere else, head over to the website and start making your wishlist!
